Golden Ratio

The Golden ratio is the number (1+√5)/2 = 1.6180339887...
It doesn't have any particularly significant relationship with the Mandelbrot set, but the series of mu-atoms R2.1/2a, R2.2/3a, R2.3/5a, R2.5/8a, ... whose internal angles approach the Golden ratio is an interesting example of what happens when the iteration dynamics and Julia sets approach the Siegel disc region.
