Amygdala
Robert P. Munafo, 2023 Aug 2.
Amygdala was a newsletter put out by Rollo Silver from 1986-1995 from his home in New Mexico.
It included many practical articles about computing and displaying images. This included many of the earlier speed improvements such as the Mariani/Silver algorithm and the very first perturbation method implementation using patch iteration. There was an optional extra fee for a supplemental subscription of color slides, and occasional fiction including the notable Amygdalan Sects.
