Hogue Method

The Hogue Method, named for Howard Hogue of the Dog Soldiers division in Atlanta

from -DX-, his Endorsment approach, similar to list clearing and ILF, is a 4-step process for enrolling:

2. Team Leader looks at the candidates (e.g. men on the team) who is

the right man for the job (skills + room for growth)
