Server 503 OTTifications
Around Newpage 1618, the xkcd fora (forums) servers started getting slow and reporting "503 Service Unavailable" errors.
The first indication of this in the OTT itself is in post OTT:1621:14, where HES posted this image:
However, the problems probably began around Newpage 1518. At 5:46 PM (Randall Standard Time) on Sunday November 17, 2013, a member of the OTT Facebook group reported, "Steambottle, 503!".
