Discussion

Q: Can we offer men who are traveling a lot a way to access MDI?

A: It's always been in-or-out, black or white. We want to create a space for men to come whenever they want.

Q: That's an excellent idea. We should offer those men the same training we offer MDI men

A: I Agree. We must be in close contact with these men

Q: I like what you're saying, especially building rosters, but I'm concerned that registration forms are confidential.

A: True, but were talking about all the men who get lost along the way

Q: What do you mean by autonomous

A: It's a gray area. Is the Alumni part of the Division? We need clarity around that.

Q: It's is not an Alumni Association, it's an Alumni Membership in MDI. This is a great way for those men who want to remain connected with MDI.

A: That's really good. We don't want men to feel like they can't be a part of what we do

Q: We should make those men feel like they belong

A: These men will create their own leadership structure. We don't know what it will look like and I don't think we should dictate the structure to them. They should be their own team.

Note: New Frontier is apart from MDI.

Q: It needs to be clear, maybe a "renegades association"

A: Yes, maybe, thank you.
