Ranseth's Greatness Inventory, 2025

Created for the Atlas Division of MDI

For each of the 20 domains of greatness, give yourself a rating from 1 to 10 using the following statement as a guide:

If my life were the example of greatness for all men to follow in this area, would the world be better because of it?

A "1" means you are completely misaligned with the statement, or completely lacking in the particular type of greatness. A "10" means you are the full and complete expression of that type of greatness, and exemplary to others.

Men who have done a fair amount of work in personal learning, growth, self-improvement, etc. may have learned a lot about their own innate limits. As such, they may find this more elaborate prompt to be more equitable:

Bearing responsibility to have courage and take action
   to change the things I can change, and
having the serenity
   to accept those things I cannot change, and
applying intellectual responsibility
   to distinguish which is which:
I rate myself from 1 to 10 according to
   how much my greatness in the described area,
   along with my responsibility, action, courage, and acceptance,
   agree with the statement given here.

(Each domain has a title with letters W, L, M, and/or K signifying the relevant masculine archetypes)

RGI01 (Intimate Relationships: L)

I lead my intimate relationship with devotion, depth, and polarity. I embody presence and love in a way that inspires others to model their union after mine.

I am the anchor of my family--present, patient, and powerful. My children and loved ones are uplifted by my love and leadership.

RGI03 (Self-Discipline and Growth: K)

I pursue mastery daily. My discipline is unshakable and my life is proof that growth is sacred.

RGI04 (Physical Health and Vitality: W)

I am strong, energetic, and capable. I embody the vitality of a warrior and treat my body as the vessel of my mission.

RGI05 (Mental and Emotional Wellbeing: L,M)

I am emotionally grounded, mentally sharp, and resilient. I meet life's challenges with wisdom and strength.

RGI06 (Spiritual Connection and Purpose: K)

I walk in deep alignment with Spirit and Truth. My purpose guides me like fire and I live as a sacred man.

RGI07 (Finances: W)

I live in conscious abundance. I provide, invest, and give with wisdom, honor, and peace.

RGI08 (Career and Calling: W,K)

My work is sacred. It is the expression of my calling and contribution to the world.

I am a pillar in my community. My presence uplifts, serves, and transforms the world around me.

RGI10 (Masculine Spirit: W,L,M,K)

I am the embodied masculine--honorable, fierce, wise, and loving. I live as the man I was born to be.

RGI11 (Environment and Order: W)

My home and workspace reflect discipline, beauty, and purpose. My environment inspires greatness.

RGI12 (Leadership and Influence: W,L,M,K)

I lead by example. My presence influences others to rise and I carry the weight of leadership with honor.

RGI13 (Time Stewardship: K)

Every hour is intentional. I command my time in service of my mission and values.

RGI14 (Sexual Energy and Vitality: W,L)

My sexual energy is sacred and powerful. I channel it with clarity, devotion, and mastery.

RGI15 (Courage and Risk-Taking: W)

I act from principle, not fear. I take bold, necessary action and live courageously.

RGI16 (Integrity with Self: W,L,M,K)

My word is law. I trust myself fully because I live in unbreakable self-integrity.

RGI17 (Wound and Shadow Integration: L)

I have embraced every part of me--light and dark. I experience myself as whole and complete, perfectly at peace and grateful for every step of my journey.

RGI18 (Joy and Playfulness: K)

I live with lightness, laughter, and joy. I play like a free man and radiate delight.
(1-10)

RGI19 (Brotherhood and Male Bonding: W,L,M)

I stand in sacred brotherhood with other great men. We sharpen and elevate one another, as if knights fighting for a cause.

RGI20 (Legacy and Succession: K)

I am building a legacy. My life is a torch, and I am passing the flame.
