Context

context n. The circumstances that form the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood and assessed.
syn. : CIRCUMSTANCES, conditions, factors, state of affairs, situation, background, scene, setting.

The MCV11 article uses Merriam-Webster's more concise definition the interrelated conditions in which something exists or occurs.

Context is so important in leading meetings and achieving other types of results that a management technique called CPR was developed, to facilitate developing a bespoke context for any task that serves a purpose.

Ken LaVoie once described context and "CPR" (comtext, purpose, results) here: somethingishappening.org/blog/what-are-paradigm-and-context/ but the link is dead.

The Alpha Leadership Training site (connected to New Frontier) refers to a modified form of CPR here.
